Our Level-Funded Group Health solutions, available with both PPO and reference-based pricing models, provide affordable access to care to meet the health benefit needs of small to mid-size employers (5-250 enrolled EE’s). Offering broad provider access, and a reputation of historic and reliable claims payments, Trustmark’s Self-Funded plans are administered by our wholly owned TPA, Star Marketing and Administration, Inc., and stop-loss insurance is provided by Trustmark Life Insurance Company.
