Prepare Before You Migrate

A smooth migration starts with the right timing, clean data, and a clear understanding of what needs attention before a group moves into Employee Navigator. Use this page to review key readiness steps, access CRC Benefits migration resources, and prepare for post-migration support.

Brokers must complete the migration through their own broker migration tool, but CRC Benefits can help with cleanup before and after migration. Once the group is active in Employee Navigator and access is confirmed, our team can provide support for related Employee Navigator needs.

How CRC Benefits Can Support the Migration

CRC Benefits can help you work through readiness items, cleanup questions, and post-migration Employee Navigator needs. Once access is confirmed, our team can assist with group setup, open enrollment, ongoing maintenance, renewals, and related support.

What to Know Before You Migrate

Confirm Access + Timing

Before starting the migration, confirm your Employee Navigator brokerage subscription, login access to Ease, login access to Employee Navigator, and the group’s open enrollment timing. When possible, plan migration at least two months before or two months after open enrollment.

Review Readiness Before You Start

Use the Employee Navigator Migration Dashboard in Ease to refresh the group’s readiness status, open the readiness report, and review all errors and warnings. Blocking errors should be resolved before initiating migration.

Groups do not need to be migrated all at once, but they must be migrated before the June 30, 2027 deadline.
