Andrew Frend serves as President of CRC Benefits, the employee benefits division of CRC Group. In this role, he leads the division’s strategy, sales, and operations while guiding its mission to expand a nationally recognized wholesale benefits platform. Andrew focuses on strengthening relationships with employee benefit brokers and consultants, deepening partnerships with carriers, enhancing service delivery, and driving innovation across CRC Benefits’ portfolio to support clients in a rapidly evolving benefits environment.
Andrew brings over two decades of executive experience in the employee benefits sector. Before joining CRC Group, he served as President of Voya’s Employee Benefits business, which includes Benefitfocus, with a strong track record of growth. His career also includes leadership roles at ADP and Mutual of Omaha. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a minor in physics from the University of North Carolina. He is regarded for his strategic foresight, customer-oriented leadership, and effectiveness in navigating organizations through transformational growth.
